You do realize that a lot of racist white people are in a position of power right? They can sweep shit under the rug. Look no further than the Ahmaud Aubrey case. If these racists weren't stupid enough to record the video, they would have gotten away with a modern day lynching unscathed. These guys weren't arrested until the video leaked. People had to recuse themselves on this case because they knew the perpetrators. The local police department kept under wraps and did not make an arrest. Several of the perpetrators' neighbors knew that this was going to go down and did nothing to prevent it. Imagine this was done by intelligent racists. . . The things they could get away with. You're kidding yourself if you think this is just a one off isolated incident.

Yes there is. I'm in New York, there are black middle class neighborhoods here although most are either of the low-middle class variety or make up a significant portion of a middle class neighborhood.

Even if true, which it isn't, that has nothing to with the USA. And even if there weren't any middle class black neighborhoods, it would be because of racist people like yourself in the past, not allowing blacks to move in(separate but equal/Jim crow) or accumulate wealth (discrimination).
