Why Is Ghostbusters: Afterlife Immune to Criticisms of the 2016 Reboot?

Ghostbusters: Afterlife is doing most of the things that the 2016 reboot did, but it hasn't faced nearly the same amount of outrage from the fandom.

because it's not so much what you do,
but how you do it.
most films(genres) do a lot of the same things it..
As far as this version of Ghostbusters:
It has a completely different feel to it, the other movie?... let's see:
The performances, the jokes, the dialogue, everything seemed Forced, a very boringly structured remake.
Not to mention they had
Kristen wiig, Tina Fey and Dan aykroyd all willing (begging, actually) to write on it and work on it, and they refused all three of them, in lieu of whoever the fuck it was they got that destroyed it so terribly...
Leslie Jones is one of the worst performers I've ever seen, comedic or otherwise.
I hated that idiot "Nero" for attacking her publicly on social media and encouraging others to do it,
but ....
if there's one basic point you can't deny it's that she isn't funny, at all...
And she only made a bad movie worse.
