man i never thought id be one of those people to say it but.....the book was actually way better than the movie.

mostly coz the book played out over months/years, the movie felt like days or even weeks. that's why nobody both the romance portion of it and made wade look like a creep in the movie.

the puzzles were also better in the book as opposed to the movie but i get its hard/less entertaining putting those on screen so changes had to be made. what i dont get is why the need to change I-rok to a bigger part and ogden morrow to a much smaller part IMO.

and as for art3mis, im sure they couldve done a better job of ruining her face with the birth mark where it would actually be something to have low self esteem about as opposed to the movie version which is hardly noticeable in certain light.

the only good part about this is i would say they got everything else pretty much spot on.
