Currently, the MCU is on Phase 3, meaning the period in the shared setting that is distinguished by the divided opinions of superheroes because of Ultron. Said phase started up in 2016 and is set to come to a conclusion in 2019, which will presumably see the superheroes somehow managing to overcome Thanos in spite of his control of the Infinity Stones. With that said, MCU fans are already speculating about the movies that should and shouldn't be included in Phase 4, particularly since there are reasons to believe that there might be dramatic changes in what the MCU will look like following the conclusion of Phase 3.
