Its not a Punisher TV show. Its a political action thriller. There isn't anything really Punisher about it other than his name is Frank Castle which is already a generic name. He wore the skull vest for about 30 seconds in the beginning and 30 seconds in the last episode.
It is not a Punisher TV show....it is Punisher soap opera.
