8. that's the question you can ask in every superhero story. He keeps his suit because he has a career to keep unlike the other three and to protect him from combat. Also, the title "the Devil of Hell's Kitchen" make the bad guys fear him, but who would fear a lawyer on suit and tie?
9. Iron Fist's dragon is called "the Undying" for a reason, he comes back to life so the next Iron Fist can punch him in the heart. So there's at least one dragon remaining.

Lackluster series and the finale was just lame.
