do we really need a spin-off from transformers.
bay pretty much killed that franchise single-handedly.
take it only pure transformers fans will be looking forward to this.

It is still making money so they are going to milk it. There are lots of little kids that just can't get enough of transformers. Bay knows his audience. Hasbro are just swimming in merchandise money. Bumblebee I think is now just as popular if not more popular than Optimus when it comes to the 6-12 year old demographic which is their target. As such I am not surprised that Bay has just focused on cool effects explosions and really just minimum story. I am surprised that he has not remove adults all together and just have kids as the main hero's. I would not be surprised if they go that route for Bumblebee.

Is Bumblebee going to be stop motion animated? I'd like that.
