The 25 Best Cannes Film Festival Movies You Actually Want to Watch

As it celebrates its 70th birthday, Cannes Film Festival is finally recognising that TV has become just a bit good these days, and included Twin Peaks and Top of the Lake in its line-up. However, it’s still mainly all about the movies, with this year even including a few you’ll be able to see soon on Netflix: Bong Joon-ho’s weird monster movie Okja and Noah Baumbach’s comedy The Meyerowitz Stories. And while the line-up is still dominated by films you probably won’t see at your local multiplex, over the years there’s still been plenty which you actually want to watch.
