it's true because superman versus batman wasn't really all that bad. sure it wasnt great but people made it out like it was terrible. we all know some people like to have their opinion drown out others and its often the extreme views. either too postive or too negative that tries to get the most attention.

Agreed, it's sucks to see something try and break the typical mold we are currently stuck in but ends up "too different" so people tear it to shreds. Everyone's biggest complaints were "it's too dark" or "it was not funny"... Well it was a dark movie, and it wasn't meant to be funny. That's about it. It was advertised as is, I fail to see why people expected anything else. Seeing Batman V Superman try to be more than just your typical CB movie but fumble on some regards then get torn to shreds for it, then seeing something like Captain America:TFA or the Thor movies release and use a hell of a lot of humor as a crutch to cover up the fact they hold no real plot or substance yet be glorified and told they just set the standard is kinda frustrating. I'm not trying to turn this into a Marvel vs DC thing, I know someone is gonna yell fanboy at the top of their lungs. It's just the only examples I could think of.
