Ever since it was first announced, Logan’s been angled as Hugh Jackman’s final turn at the role that made him: Wolverine. Over seventeen years, he’s played the fast-healing Canadian in all nine main X-Men films (and was mocked mercilessly in Deadpool), but now it’s finally over with an adventure that – in a rather desolate not so distant future – sees him set to hang up his claws (and stop having to torture his body every time he wants a paycheck).
“Love Hurts” may present interesting action sequences, but it falters, maybe even fails, regarding everything else it is expected to deliver.
TNS: Heart Eyes happily marries the tropes of romantic comedy with classic slashers to create a compelling couple.
TNS: Love Hurts places Ke Huy Quan in a long-awaited starring role with a tragically non-committal mess falling down around him.
Everythin before it was pretty much shit. Origins was crap, The Wolverine was ok-ish. Most of the Xmen movies were effin terrible... While I love the characters, Singer and his teaboy kinberg butchered the franchise beyond repair
Logan was amazing. I wholeheartedly loved it. I'd put Logan above most of the MCU movies. You won't hear me say that often lol. One of the best "superhero" movies I've seen. Hugh and Sir Patrick will be greatly missed.
Its not Hugh Jackman fault 3 movies Flopped. he's only a Puppet for directors. they finally gave him good script to play off, Thanks pressure from fans-movie goer's.
Wolverine Origins was great.
Why Did It Take So Long To Make A Good Wolverine Movie?
Possibly because one was an origin story that didn't really need to be put out there (much like Batman's origins in every Batman film) & 2, the other one was set in between X-Men films and didn't really offer anything special in way character development or tie in story.
Logan is a true sequel/follow up to previous X-Men films and brings an end to an era
The Wolverine was a very good movie.
