The first Ninja Turtles movie was met with a pretty lukewarm reception, and while I do remember watching it on Netflix, it didn't leave much of an impact. It was just kind of...there. The sequel, Out of the Shadows, is an improvement. A marginal improvement, but still a step in the right direction and worth your time. Lemme tell ya why.
