Strike 1 - Saying it's a sequel when it feels more like a remake. They are SAYING is a sequel so hopefully more people go and see it. After the outcry I wouldn't be surprised if they shoved in small hints that it's a sequel when it's not

Strike 2 - Rumoured (if true) that it's not a board game anymore and Jumanji is now a video game where these characters (Johnson, Black, Gillan, Hart) are "Avatars" of the young teenagers. One of the girl asks to be "Jack Black" but how would the game know who Jack Black is? Oh and because it's a video game how the hell is it a sequel?

@Foxtrot - Strike 1 - Oh, so what they did with Ghostbusters 2016.... claim it a sequel, and then a Reboot. That's always a good start. lmao.

Had to look him up. Can this guy act?! I know he comes from a Disney background but I hadn't heard of this guy before today. The casting seems very "here and there". Like the choices were pulled out of a hat. Hope they can pull off a good film. The original Jumanji is one of my all time favorites.

Nick Jonas is from The Jonas Brothers. He's pretty well known for years now, even if you personally haven't heard of him. I'm just saying that he's pretty famous, nothing about his acting skills. They were singers
