John Carpenter has some harsh words not only for Rob Zombie's 2007 Halloween remake, but also for Zombie himself with regards to comments he made.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
Good for him
Most people just suck up to the remakes and pretend they are amazing so they don't offend nobody
I might be in the minority but I liked both of Zombie's Halloween films. I've watched the old ones to death(which I also love) and I like how he put a little fresh take on the films going back to his childhood. I really don't expect every movie to be Oscar worthy. I set my bar really low and if a movie gives me some good entertainment then I'm good and I can look past some of its flaws. As horror is my favorite genre, I've seen some pretty bad movies but I really like his movies.
Some of you may know what I'm talking about with the bad movies especially if your an Amazon Prime member. WOW, some of those horror movies are horrible low budget blurry pieces of crap. Oh well, I like them both despite how they feel about each other.
I liked his 1st remake entry, as far as remakes are concerned, 99% of the time remakes are complete s#*t
IMO
