More reasons I want 'Hollywood' to die, and the gaming industry can take over. Hollywood is destroying too many classics because they've run out of ideas, all the while games can re-use stories and cliched plot-lines and still make a fantastic game (Like Uncharted just being Indiana Jones, but doesn't stop it from being critically acclaimed - yet Hollywood makes a New Indiana Jones and it's simply garbage)

We need this remake even LESS than the Ghostbusters and Ben-Hur remakes. Still kinda meh on the Magnificent Seven remake but it could be worth it. But still, Hollywood needs some new ideas. Stop remaking things that were already done right the first time. If you simply must to do a remake then focus on things that flopped and try to do them better, not things that were already great. Try doing a remake of

Howard the Duck
Masters of the Universe
Young Guns
Sphere
The Last Airbender
Jonah Hex
The Mighty Ducks
Spawn
The Postman
Waterworld
The Flintstones

or if you really want to set the bar low, do a remake of Battlefield Earth. Of course, you'd have to be a special kind of crazy to even attempt that...

Whoops... This can be pretty devestating...

It won't have the same emotional attachment knowing that the main actor died. I Remember being sad when it ended and that chilling soundtrack made the feels come out.
