Mechanic: Resurrection (2016) Review - FilmGamesEtc

FGE - The original 1972 Charles Bronson Mechanic film is one of my favourite action films. All of the action was tense yet reserved. The first 10 minutes is especially good as there’s no dialogue and no narration. All it shows is Charles Bronson slowly setting up the film for tension and suspense. His movement and calm demeanour tells you everything you need to know about his character. It’s fantastic. Then in 2011 they decided to remake that classic film with Jason Statham.
