It's simply. LIKE A MOVIE FOR WHAT IT IS RATHER THAN WHAT YOU WANT IT TO BE.
These knee jerk reactions from studios are due to the stupid fandom out there.
These are all competent, seasoned directors and reading these obnoxious rants and reviews give pause to studios executives that want to see a return on their investment.
I just want the entire movie industry to go away to see what these pundits will balk about then?
YouTube?
Stop wishing Batman to be lively and perform a musical piece and crack jokes every second. He's not that guy.
Stop wishing for every superhero flick to be a clone of Marvels fisticuffs extravaganza.
Learn to see and appreciate a movie for what the vision was rather than what you want it to be.

Talk about pacing, talk about plots, talk about bad acting. These are legit.
But the studios are worried that the rabid nerds will get their panties in a bunch and disapprove on their multimillion dollar movie, because Batman was brooding, or Joker isn't THIER Joker.
What a mess with live in.
