seems rahter interesting to have an enemy like that as the first one to the series but i guess if we got a guy like the killer croc, it fits in this universe.
It makes sense since a majority of the conflict will most likely be inner group conflict, and technically Batman will be part of that conflict. At least that's where I'd go.
Also sounds like Court of Owls, or Talons. So I'm interested.
