Jon Watts has confirmed on Twitter that Michael Keaton has likely signed on for Spider-Man: Homecoming. With that, the Kingpin himself wants to be in the Spider-Man reboot.

I hope they dont go down the Green Goblin route again. Been done to death and its boring. Anything else and I'm game. Loved Spideys cameo (if you can call it that) in Civil War.

And Michael Keaton is awesome. Haven't seen him in anything I didn't like

Agreed, his Kingpin in Season One of Daredevil was awful. He somewhat redeemed it in the end of S2.

The king pin is good in daredevil but I really want to see other villains. Spider-Man has a lot of interesting villains like batman and I want some of them to have the spotlight just like how king pin got his on daredevil.
