Disney can't make the lead character a screaming girl who can do no wrong if they did a spinoff based on an established character so don't expect this anytime soon.

Agreed. I don't think Ewan McGregor had anything to do with the prequel trilogy being an overdramic borefest. Lucas can bare that "accomplishment" all by himself.

I kinda wish they gave Dooku and Qui-Gon their own movie or maybe a "Origin" movie together. I think they were the most interesting characters out of the entire prequel trilogy. I don't count Obi-Wan as a prequel trilogy character, because he existed before the prequels.

Well, he was in The Force Awakens technically, so it isn't like they don't want him back. That being said, I would MUCH rather see a Obi-Wan spinoff with Ewan than anything resembling a stupid Young Han Solo or Boba Fett.
