FGE - War is an extremely complicated moral mess. As we become more moral, focused on human rights, and technologically advanced, huge layers of brutality are removed from the equation. This includes atrocities like firebombing. And, military action is avoided save for extremely serious and life-threatening reasons. Even as we get far more surgical, there still does not exist “perfect weapons,” so collateral damage is still impossible to completely avoid. In a society focused on human rights and well-being, can a person stay rational when they must potentially kill a couple of innocent people accidentally in order to save dozens or hundreds?
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
