FGE - Deadpool is the perfect example of a superhero movie that doesn’t bite off more than it can chew. Like Ryan Reynolds, fans of the character have all been waiting for this film for well over 10 years now, and it’s easy to see that the film-makers have thought long and hard about what a Deadpool movie should look like, with all their effort paying off for the most part. Deadpool is a love letter to anyone who has read the comic series, making for some great one-liners, quips and action scenes that despite a somewhat haphazard tone, results in a more than worthy origin movie for the merc with a mouth.
