Variety: “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” has been renewed for season 3 by Netflix.
The Universal TV comedy, exec produced by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, stars Ellie Kemper as a woman who is reintroduced to the real world after years in a cult. The renewal was confirmed Sunday at the start of the show’s panel at the winter Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena, Calif.
