Variety: Anthony Hopkins and Colin Farrell-starring independent film “Solace” will get a theatrical release in China this month.
The serial killer thriller will play from Jan. 14 in a release organized by indie distributor Infotainment China, which previously handled “The Nut Job” and “Spy Kids: All the Time in the World in 4D.”

I can't remember when I first heard about this movie being in the works, but it seems like forever ago. I'm excited.
Me too, the cast and the subject matter is what excites me. Anthony Hopkins always surprises me when he plays a roll like this but JDM and CF are so good too.
Never heard of it. I love Anthony Hopkins so will be givin it a go. Hopefully Negan tones it down a bit too
Originally helmed as a sequel to Se7en, Solace was cast-off and reworked as a standalone film.
With a serial killer leaving a line of bodies and no clues, the FBI turn to former analyst Dr. John Clancy (Anthony Hopkins) and his psychic gift to help them solve the case. Crash Landed delves into Solace.
Enjoyed the film, thought the director was the real weakness though, give it a 7/10
