CB: Rob Zombie still can't get an "R" rating for his new movie 31. Zombie revealed that the MPAA has rated his upcoming movie "NC-17" for a second time after Zombie resubmitted the movie for review. In a post on his Facebook page, Zombie explained that a NC-17 rating was problematic as it meant that many theaters would refuse to show the film.
