411 Mania - "In the end, this is a lackluster fall finale to a second season that started out fairly decent: simply, the Galavan arc ran out of steam, as it was stretched out for way too long. There are some good moments tonight, like Gordon stepping over the line and killing Theo, but it does not save an over-packed episode with pacing, editing and tonal issues. It does conclude with a brief glimpse of Mr. Freeze and the mention of Hugo Strange, who owns the underground lab that has been briefly shown throughout the season: so there is hope for the future."
