411 Mania - "In the end, this is a solid episode that would have been a nice conclusion for the Barbara Kean character. Instead, Gotham kept her alive, yet it does not take away from tonight being a solid narrative that develops certain characters: Thompkins and Gordon’s relationship will be forever changed because of this arc. Basically, this was a solid 40 minutes of entertainment, easily the fourth season’s best."
