I'm thinking you're right He will appear in one or two of the other superhero movies but a fourth Iron Man was something RDJ didn't sign up for.

They have been negotiating for more Iron Man films, the problem is RDJ is almost 50 ahd has said that he is getting too old to do 1 movie every 4-6 years...Recently his stance has kind of changed, but now its he isn't going to do it for peanuts and Marvel has a major history of underpaying......Hell Marvel has already talked that about either changing out Tony if RDJ holds out OR changing to character to someone like Arno Stark

The real question is what do they do with Captain America after Infinity Gauntlet, its already FACTUAL without a doubt Chris Evans is leaving after because he wants to direct and do other things.

Just looked it up. Universal own the distribution rights on solo movies, not the movie rights or Hulk would not have appeared on The Avengers. Two entirely different things. Universal lost the movie rights after they didn't do a sequel to that abomination in 2003 with Eric Bana.

And Universal have never said they wouldn't give the distribution rights back. We don't know what goes on behind closed doors, so it might have already happened... maybe.
