The Thursday TV ratings for October 2nd are in; here are some of the highlights:
•First up: some Shondaland dips. At 8 p.m. on ABC, Grey’s Anatomy was down to a 2.3 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, and 8.5 million viewers (which is still high). At 9 p.m., Scandal was down 4 tenths of a point from last week to a 2.8 rating and 9 million viewers. How to Get Away with Murder also dropped (three tenths) to a 2.3 rating and 7.5 million viewers.
•NBC’s Heroes Reborn also dropped several points from last week’s 1.9 rating, down to a 1.6 and 5 million viewers at 8 p.m.
•the-blacklist-thursday-tv-ra tingsThe premiere of The Blacklist at 9 p.m., also on NBC, was up several points from last year’s 1.5-rated finale; the premiere garnered a 1.8 rating and 7.6 million viewers. The peacock network sent out a press release earlier today claiming that they believe the show will hit a 3.4 rating by the time the Live+7 numbers are calculated, but we’ll see …!
