Variety:After leaving “John Wick 2” to focus on another project, sources have confirmed that director David Leitch has picked the Focus spy thriller “The Coldest City,” starring Charlize Theron, as his next film.
Leitch was co-directing “John Wick 2” with Chad Stahelski, but after production was set for a November shoot in Budapest and Berlin, Leitch decided it best to let Stahelski direct “John Wick 2” on his own so that he could focus on “The Coldest City.”
