If you look at the DVD cover for Run, Hide, Die you’d think that it was some sort of low budget slasher movie. It’s got stark red letters on it and a guy wearing a hood and carrying an axe. How could it not be a slasher movie with that imagery? Well, Run, Hide, Die isn’t a slasher movie at all. Instead, it’s some weird low budget girl drama that suddenly morphs into an unsettling torture porn type deal that isn’t the least bit entertaining. It’s also awfully confusing.
