In spite of repeated backtracks and denials by both himself and those involved in The CW's DC Universe, The Vampire Diaries' Steven R. McQueen is once again playing the Nightwing card on social media.
Deadline: The Vampire Diaries’ alum Steven R. McQueen has booked a recurring role on NBC’s Chicago Fire. McQueen plays the new candidate Jimmy Borelli, who makes a dramatic entrance on his first day of work and that doesn’t sit well with his boss, Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker).

I remember the time when no actor wanted to touch a comic book role. How the times have changed x) Great times to be a comic book geek!!! The guy definitely looks the part for Nightwing. We'll see what happens.
