Following yesterday’s reveal of Michael Fassbender in the upcoming Assassin’s Creed movie, “Assassin’s Creed” Head of Content Aymar Azaizia took to Twitter to answer fan questions about the project. Within his answers came the reveal that the film will be set within the extensive continuity of the video games.

On a related sidenote, Assassin's Creed will still not share continuity with actual history! I feel like this is something more worth getting upset about other than whether or not the movie will live up to a cheesy videogame.
