Deadline: The drama acting categories—lead and supporting—gave Television Academy voters a real opportunity to inject some fresh blood into this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards race. The simple reason is that, in a confluence of circumstance highly unusual for the repetitive nature of awarding acting Emmys in these categories, neither of 2014’s winners will be hitting the stage again this year. That leaves an opening for such front-runners as Bob Odenkirk in the Breaking Bad spinoff Better Call Saul, Kevin Spacey in his third consecutive nom for a first Emmy in House Of Cards, and the always-a-bridesmaid Jon Hamm in his last go-round for Mad Men. Here is how I see this race playing out.
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
Bros Review: The series, as the title suggests, is about two adult men who want to behave like children and we are not here for that.
Going Home With Tyler Cameron Review: This is a simple, no-nonsense but cliched watch, with Cameron's boyish charms taking centre stage.
