i just got a bluray of this recently and it was worth it.
the story is solid and is clean considering its just indie. it had good tension moments. i can see this becoming a franchise but i do not think it will be taken care of properly and the sequels might heavily be dependent on the killings, jump scares and sex scenes, i hope that wont happen.
