‘Big Brother’ Ratings Top Night, ‘Astronaut Wives Club’ Rises, ‘Wayward Pines’ Dips

Deadline: With Aquarius and Hannibal marched over to the TV graveyard of Saturdays now, last night had a lot less drama in primetime. Of course, the highest rated show of the night was actually the unscripted Big Brother (2.0/7). Amidst a love triangle and an eviction, the show saw a 5% bop up among adults 18-49 from last week. Following that, CBS’ only original drama of Thursday was Under The Dome (0.9/3). Free of the competition, as it was, of Hannibal, UTD easily won its 10 PM time slot again but took an 18% fall among the key demo. That’s a series low for the Stephen King novel adaptation series, in preliminary numbers. However, with BB demo numbers and the 7.16 million tuning in who made the 8 PM The Big Bang Theory (1.4/6) repeat the most watched show of the night, CBS was tops for Thursday with a 1.4/5 and total viewership with 5.76 million.
