Deadline: As House Of Cards’ Frank and Claire Underwood head into an election, they will face a new lady in Season 4 played by Neve Campbell. The former Party Of Five and Scream star has joined the cast of the Netflix White House drama as a new series regular. Everyone is staying mum on the character Campbell will be playing. There had been speculation that Season 4 would introduce a new, younger couple to rival Frank and Claire.
