The second season of True Detective begins, in the present day, with Detective Ray Velcoro (Colin Farrell) trying to get expanded visitation rights to be with his son. He and the lawyer discuss Ray’s ex-wife, who was pregnant with their son when she was attacked and raped. Ray offers her a stack of cash to speed up the process, but she turns it down.
Pretty Little Liars Summer School Episode 5 masterfully balances multiple storylines, each rich with its own blend of suspense, drama, and emotion.

HBO had a weekend free for all so we could watch whatever was on whether we had HBO or not. I recorded the premiere but I don't know whether I should watch it or not. I don't want to get hooked. I know it's going to be good, maybe not as good as last season, maybe better....who knows.
