The two gems left are Soul and Time. I presume that Doctor Strange will be the Soul Gem and Guardians 2 the Time.
Im guessing after Asgards been destroyed, he'll get the gaunlet and Tesseract so he can jump to each location and get them all leaving destruction in his wake and leaving The Visions mind gem until last.
The Collector, The Vision and many others will likely die along the way.
The actual Infinity War probably wont start until part 2 as most of the heroes will be gathering together in Part 1 realising hes set up his new "sanctuary" just above earths atmosphere and ready to layeth the smackdown.
Who knows how the new directors will play this out.. exciting stuff
