IGN: Not only did "Condemned" feel like a superb midseason finale (if the season were split in half) but it ended things with a real frame-up job as Fisk had his men open fire on police (in front of rolling cameras) so as to make Matt come off like a sicko cop killer.
Back in "World on Fire," Fisk briefly flirted with framing Matt (for Anatoly's murder) but it sort of fizzled out. It was never meant for anyone but Vladimir and none of it actually ever created more danger or extra troubles for Matt. Now, however, Matt had to watch his entire mission crumble into dust as Fisk made a public, murderous display out of Matt's "hostage situation."
