Interesting and rotfl and that toy train fight

Aldous_Snow3300d ago (Edited 3300d ago )

Lmao this looks great. Love Paul Rudd and the way he delivers his lines and its nice to see Michael Douglas again. Wonder who he'll shag in this movie

I dont know much about antman, so who was the baddie bald guy? And antman can grow really big too? And where does it sit in the MCU timeline?

This will be a nice change after the action packed Age of Ultron.

Porcelain_Chicken3300d ago (Edited 3300d ago )

Agreed! It looks alot better than the first trailer made it out to be! And Michael Douglas will shag whoever he wants too! XD

Hmm, i'll give ya a bit of Ant-man knowledge!

Hank Pym (First Ant-man played by Michael Douglas in this movie) was created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Jack Kirby and first appeared in Tales to Astonish #27 (Jan. 1962); his first appearance as Ant-Man was in Tales to Astonish #35 (Sept. 1962). Three people have taken on the mantle of Ant-man including Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), Eric O' Grady and of course Pym. In the comics Hank Pym along with his wife Janet van Dyne (who is a super hero of her own called Wasp) were founding members of The Avengers (Why the first movie replaced them with the boring duo of Hawkeye and Black Widow i will never understand) and it was Pym who created Ultron. Not Stark. Speaking of his wife he beats her.... :/ Moooooooving right along his powers consist of size-shifting from nearly microscopic to ~100 feet gigantic (both at extremes) while maintaining strength of normal size while in shrunken state.

The bald baddie is probably Yellowjacket but i could be wrong. I heard this movie happens right before The Avengers 2 but i could be wrong there too.

Helpful bubble to you kind sir..

Ahh I like Hawkeye n Black Widow lol Renner does a good job considerin hes a lowly mortal human

And I'm biased towards Scarlett Johansson because shes hot :) And she was great in the Winter Soldier

Porcelain_Chicken3300d ago

Thanks! :D yeah nothing against Jeremy and Scarlett they are both amazing actors no doubt but I feel the characters themselves are kinda boring. In the movies at least.

Man, Scarlett would look amazing as Power girl... @_@ just sayin'. Picture it!!

Getting tired of Superhero movies. Amazing ideas like (Child 44 and Ex Machina) are getting sidelined because of lame popcorn flicks.

Crazay3299d ago

I'm pretty jacked up to see Ex-Machina. I don't think it's as far under the radar you think.

spicelicka3299d ago (Edited 3299d ago )

Agree 100%, the movie industry is so oversaturated with these regurgitated super hero movies. They're really scraping the bottom of the barrel to find any remaining characters to cash in on. Only quality ones are Dark knight and Avengers.

This looks a little funny, but otherwise looks mediocre as hell.

Trunkz3299d ago

Nobody is forcing you to watch it.

spicelicka3299d ago

Yea just like no one is forcing you to reply to my comment.

If you actually understood what I said, my complaint isn't that i'm being forced to watch it. It's that the market is full of these movies and they ARE forcing other better potential movies out.

DEATHxTHExKIDx3299d ago

Superhero movies are basically a genre now. And have multiple hit TV series. Expect to see/hear about a lot more Superhero movies for years to come. Especially when DC gets in full gear.

spicelicka3299d ago

I don't have a problem with superhero genre, but I have a problem with shitty superhero movies, which is about 90% of them.

annoyedgamer3297d ago

Considering the films I want to see will not get wide releases I am forced in a way.
