Supernatural "The Things They Carried" Review - IGN

IGN: Note: Full spoilers for the episode follow.
One of the most gruesome monsters in all of Supernatural returned in tonight's episode. Who else had blocked the Khan worm from their memory? The slug first appeared in Season 6's "And Then There Were None," and it was just as unsavory this time around. While I'm glad I finished dinner long before "The Things They Carried" started, I have to give the crew credit for achieving a level of grossness that made my stomach flip repeatedly. Yuck but yay?
