Who would have thought it: the actor formerly known as Mr Grey has packed up his bag of sexy tricks and turned his back on a potentially career defining role after only the first film. It’s not particularly surprising of course: he hasn’t responded well to the critical mauling that’s been dished out for the film, and his wife is apparently less than enthused about watching him do any more filth on a big screen. Plus there are those rumours that EL James is a terrifying megalomaniac who wants full creative control, despite supposedly being a submissive (surely, that’s why she wrote Ana that way, right?)
