The Hergula: Lisandro Alonso (Freedom, Liverpool) has a specific way of making films, Jauja is no different, with a tone and feel similar to some of his previous works. While this might not be a film for everybody, it will surely fill the void when it comes to western films, as this seems like quite a good one. The film has a huge star in the lead role, Viggo Mortensen, who stars in Jauja alongside Diego Roman and Chita Norby. The story revolves around a father and daughter who are on a journey from Denmark to an unknown desert that exists in a realm beyond the confines of civilization.
