In Agent Carter’s fifth episode, “The Iron Ceiling,” audiences were introduced to the character of Dr. Ivchenko (Ralph Brown), a captive psychiatrist who is rescued by Carter and the Howling Commandoes from a Leviathan base in Russia. During the episode, Ivchenko is forced to kill the engineer he was caring for, who had gone mad from the Leviathan killed his family. In the end, Carter and Agent Thompson invite Ivchenko to return to New York City with them, hoping that he can provide more insight into Leviathan’s operations.
