“The Legend of Zelda,” one of the most popular videogame series of all time, is in the works as a television show at Netflix.
The video streaming service is in the early stages of developing a live action series based on “Zelda,” about an ordinary boy named Link who must rescue a princess named Zelda and save a fantasy world called Hyrule, said a person familiar with the matter. As it seeks writers to work on the show, Netflix is describing it as “Game of Thrones” for a family audience, this person said.
No Pressure Review: This is an odd light-hearted watch that is a bit confused whether it wants to paints its characters in a good or bad light.
Rest In Peace Review: This gripping thriller will captivate you from start to finish, leaving you pondering the boundaries between right and wrong long after the credits roll.
The Believers Review: Netflix's newest release is a thrilling ride with some emotional moments peppered in between.
I don't know what to think of this...
This is just a disaster waiting to happen. Zelda has gameplay, but it's story is so abstract it could be summed up in a few sentences. Whatever they'd make, it wouldn't be a Zelda series per say, but just a "family friendly GOT" like they mused.
Sounds like an infallible plan to me.

I can see this reaching 40 seasons. :I
OMFG! This is so awesome! I love Zelda. I always wanted a Zelda film, a Zelda series is even better! Maybe they should get Elija Wood to play Link. They should get Game of Thrones write to do this
