VRFocus - Virtual reality (VR) concerts are quickly becoming one of the most popular ways of showcasing the potential of the likes of the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) and Gear VR HMD. In the past few months video-focused VR companies such as Jaunt and NextVR have released 360 degree performances from the likes of Jack White, Sir Paul McCartney and Coldplay. Now Visualise, the studio behind the recent British Army experience, has revealed its own VR concert, this time staring British rock group Kasabian.
It's short but it isn't for the squeamish.
360-degree film Alien: Covenant In Utero will be released for Oculus Rift on 26th April.
MTV’s Teen Wolf Virtual Reality will launch today in Oculus Store as the first release from Turbo Super Now, a virtual reality app for sci-fi and comic-con oriented virtual reality (VR) content. The non-interactive, 360 video version previously launched on Facebook 360 and YouTube 360, racking up over a million views in less than 24 hours.
