Who says Hollywood is out of ideas? Oh, that’s right – just about everyone.

Like many movies, 21 Jump Street originated as a TV show. A fairly high profile one at that – but one that had been off the air for years. Most people know that Johnny Depp got his big break there, but how many younger movie/television fans could really identify it, or had even seen it? So you can’t blame Sony for taking advantage and turning it into a big screen reboot that, albeit with a different tone and completely new actors outside a Depp cameo, was fairly entertaining.
