IGN:
Banshee roared back into our lives tonight with its Season 3 premiere, "The Fire Trials" - a great set up for what looks to be an exciting season ahead. With seeds planted for a future heist at a sketchy military base, Deva possibly apprenticing in the art of thievery, a brand new Brock (who might collapse under his own guilt), and an oncoming war between the hulking Chayton Littlestone and - well - everybody.
Unlike last year's premiere, which brought in an interloper to dominate the proceedings (Zeljko Ivanek's Agent Racine), "The Fire Trials" felt like a fresh start. With the world now totally Rabbit-free, and Carrie's secret out (for better or worse), the series feels likes it's truly being shared among all the players equally. In fact, the topic of why Hood's still sticking around and playing sheriff is actively addressed since both what he came to town for is out of reach and the person he was running from is no longer giving chase.
The Doomsday Cult of Antares De La Luz Review: The documentary explores how the cult members were coerced in the group and made accomplice of heinous crimes.
Don’t let the cringey awkwardness of The Office fool you: Michael Scott would actually be the perfect boss.
City Hunter Review: The manga adaptation unravels the tragic beginning of Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura's partnership.
As I expected, they came back with a big bang. They got their revenge for their friend (glad they did, I would have been very disappointed if they hadn't), and it seems Proctor got out of jail and is free to cause more trouble but it looks like there will be trouble coming to him by that indian, Littlestone, that has come back to stir things up. It really doesn't matter who comes and goes, trouble just follows Hood everywhere he goes.
