The Hergula: This is based on Nathaniel Philbrick’s book with the same name, telling the tale of a whaling ship that gets preyed upon by an enormous sperm whale, leaving the crew of the ship stranded at sea for 90 days, thousands of miles from their homes. It is an action-adventure drama film that will surely hit home with people who loved Jaws, or so I hope. It seems to be quite well created, with decent visuals, and a solid cast including the likes of Cillian Murphy, Brendan Gleeson, Chris Hemsworth and Charlotte Riley.
In the Heart of the Sea is directed by Ron Howard and written by Charles Leavitt, currently set to be released on March 13, 2015.
