From Cinelinx:
I was weary going in to The Babadook, I always am weary of Horror films these days. I remained a skeptic, even as the film generated universal praise. I am no more, The Babadook is the best horror film of the past ten years. This is due in most part to the love and care behind the scenes. You can sense that the director, Jennifer Kent, really knows and cares for these characters. Amelia (played by Essie Davis) is a distraught mother coping with the fatal car accident that took her husband. And Samuel (Noah Wiseman) is what survives from that accident, a newborn son whom the father was driving to be delivered.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
This was actually really scary and it didn't need to use any gore. Just a good old fashioned haunted house movie.
gotta see this, a decent horror movie is hard to find these days
One of my favorite movies this year.
